Our flat rate shipping charges as follows:

UK £3.00

Europe £6.00

International (outside Europe): £10.00

These postage costs are charged no matter how large or small your order.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. If your order has already been despatched the postage costs incurred will be deducted from your refund once the goods have been returned to us.

Goods will normally be despatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). At times we may experience a larger volume of sales and some items may be out of stock. Items not currently in stock will be delivered within 28 days.

If ordering from outwith the UK please allow 21 days from day of despatch for delivery.

Items may be sent separately but there is no extra charge for this. If you have any queries or concerns about your order at any time please email us at sales@bestsexylingerie.co.uk where we will be happy to hear from you.

Returns
Returns are accepted provided customers follow the policies below.

If you have any concerns please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and all packaging intact.

Due to hygiene concerns we are not able to accept returns for briefs, thongs or bodies that have a brief shape unless due to a manufacturing fault.

Customer is liable for return postage costs. No postage costs will be refunded, only the item price except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost.
